Overview
This training program prepares students aged 8 to 18 years for the World Robot Olympiad 2025 and other global robotics competitions. Participants will develop essential robotics skills, from robot navigation to sensor-based localization and PID control for improved accuracy. The program also serves as a recruitment opportunity for students interested in joining a competitive robotics team.
Approach:
The workshop follows a practical, hands-on approach, where students will:
✔ Work with real robotics missions from the World Robot Olympiad 2025
✔ Learn through guided mentorship from robotics experts
✔ Engage in problem-solving challenges that mimic real competition scenarios
Resources:
Participants will have access to:
🔹 Robotics kits and sensors (gyro, color, ultrasonic)
🔹 Simulation tools and programming software
🔹 One-on-one mentorship from experienced trainers
🔹 Learning materials and practice assignments
Enrollment details:
📅 Date: 4 Saturdays, from 15th February to 8th March 2025
⏰ Time: 9 AM – 3 PM (Includes Lunch)
📍 Location: Starters Hub @Trainora (Spintex Road – Opposite Peace and Love Hospital)
💰 Fee:- GHS 1200 per child
- GHS 1110 per child for 2 children
- GHS 960 per child for 3 children
